Put those extra pounds to good use. Summer races held around galas should include inter-club tug of war - then perhaps our clubs would value the "better built" of us over those 9 stone speed merchants. Might suggest CVFR v Tod at Heptonstall Festival

I've been drinking less, running more and I'm putting weight on!! I'd like to say it's obviously because muscle ways more than fat, but my fancy fat measuring scales tells me it isn't muscle! :thunbdown:
