No, you don't need to be a member of the FRA, but for a measly £12 a year you get 3 fabulous mags.

Tom the only requirement of the FPCS is that on the day of the race you enter the race as a fell pony and run in the vest------ cue the load of threads now about we are not affiliated or some other thing
