Steve they have def got the system sorted. Its taken a while but like anything you will behold to whoever carries out the servicing. Maybe you just buy a new battery and keep a spare charged up.
    Question is ?
Will it really be that much better. For me def not. I can re set index gears in about 10 minutes. One thing that will be interesting is if you knock the rear mech out of line. I can see it now.
Now bring it in and we will sort it. Ah that will be £150 quid please.

The average or even above average rider would be better spending money on upgrading their wheels

You should be out on the road. There is no substitute for road miles
It is for the track Daz... he is trying to get me up to steam for a 2k pursuit and points race at European level... think it is just this week, the turbo sessions... went to the track yesterday anyway, and was out on the road with him saturday... Think I will be out on the road with him again this weekend, training plan so far only up to Friday... Sat long road, sun turbo, mon track, tues turbo unless legs too tired, then rest, weds turbo, thurs rest, fri turbo... However, he is in touch with me about training every day... to see how I feel and am responding to the work given... First impressions are excellent!

Idea is longosh road ride at the weekend, two track session during the week, supplemented by turbo sessions for speed and power for the track... I think

Very stiff, it shared many characteristics with the Cervelo R3... one of the best climbing bikes I've ever ridden and the wheels are sublime. Sent in 7 body measurements for the build and ended up with a 55cm... I normally ride a 58cm but, although I had to have the seat-post right out, it was spot on, comfortable and super nimble..... came in at a very svelte 7.5 kg without pedals.

Steve this might be of interest to you http://weightweenies.starbike.com/fo...p?f=10&t=88106 It's a very detailed and informative account of building and setting up and bike with Di2.

And spare batteries are soon going to be a thing of the past. Custom builders are already doing internal batteries with USB charge ports built into to the frame!
http://weightweenies.starbike.com/fo...p?f=10&t=79009 Very tech. Even the Di2 control module for set up is being housed in a custom built stem and not hanging around like it does on most bikes.

I have no complaints about the Cardiff Ajax shorts... they are the Endura pro ones, very nice shammy... and the Qoroz ones are a different make, Kalas I believe, but have an even nicer shammy... must try and bag some more

The endura pro shorts have served me well for thousands of miles but time has come to dig a hole in the garden and say a prayer for them.
Hann never mind bibshorts, if your whizzing round the boards you need a skinsuit

Castelli's speedsuit is in the wishlist in the current pro cycling. Looks very nice, all yours for £250
