Stair Safety Day here at work tomorrow.
If any of you are feeling unsure how to safely navigate your way up or down stairs then I'll ask to see if you can come along.
Oh good. Generally I am ok with stairs, apart from when I have done too many squats (or drank too much Crabbies), so perhaps you could help LFF.
Apparently it's a good idea to hold on to the hand rail.
Reassuringly, there are people stationed at the bottom of the stairs, monitoring usage.
Next week, Knife and Fork Awareness Day!
A few more hours in this godforsaken hole and I'll be wending my way up to the Lakes....
Will keep an eye out for SLMMers.
Looking forward to heading up the M6 in a couple of hours :/

The police fished a body out of Clough Bottom Reservoir just up the road from us yesterday,speculation is its a drug dealer who was abducted from Bacup 18 months ago.Glad I drink beer and not water.
