To work this morning (18 mile)on winter road bike. Wet roads this morning and heavy rain showers forcast for this afternoon.
Put the waterptoof in and just treating it as fitness training.
Got home dry, could have used summer bike. Would have been more gentle on my tired quads.
Well that's 72mile logged and its only Wednesday. (oh and a gentle 4 mile jog yesterday)

Another bike ride with my mat Katy, she is training for Hathersage Hilly Tri (i know - total disregard for "the rules") - I leant her my nice bike, and I was on my commuter/winter bike, just about 12 mi (following swim).

About 55 miles tonight up to beeley and back with a few hills in. Punctured in the rain and my hands got cold.
I was frozen when i got back. Bloody july.
Tail wind all the way out but heading back south it was tough going until the turn down at duffield.
