    I thought this years Nav leg was a good balance. For me the Nav leg at the relays should be easy nav the skill should be in the route choice and running speed rather than finding some obscure re-entrant, that's orienteering, whereas itw as very much find obvious locations, basic macro nav, then get your route choices right and run fast.

    Looking forward to this......three of us went up and ran some of the hills a couple of weeks ago,great area.

    I am sure last year you could view the teams already entered online - is that possible now, I can't see how to do it??

    The organiser has chosen not to do this. I think the idea is to show a list of teams on the event website at a later date.

    Cool, this should be great, loads of top class teams in, we have two teams for Nidd Valley in!!! first and 2nd it is then
