to be honest, while you shouldn't rely on following runners in front, there'll be a long and steady line of them all the way from Bessy Boot to Esk Hause, unless you're v slow.

Defo Mudclaws ~ they were made for this race. Mind you, I did wear Walsh PB's many many years ago even before INOV-8 were embryonic.....
