Been a scorcher today, especially in the outdoor classroom! Had to keep my kevlar helmet on as a sun-hat

Just been for a full english myself to try and cure a hangover, seems to have worked for now!
Just hope it won't bite me tomorrow for the 24hr Thunderun!
Have a feeling it will be a mad day in store at work today... I only had 3 hours sleep and had to leave home at 3:30am to get to here. I figured it better to let myself feel a little unhinged or else I will fall asleep/be grumpy and be good for nuthin
3 hours sleep! Ouch.
Deffo best to get into the friday feeling for todays work!
Shhhhhhh, the other thing making me feel fairly doo-lalee is that I don't get my weekend until Tuesday next week...
