Too tired to do anyting... had a hard week last week, training wise and work wise... rest day Saturday, easy ride Sunday, feeling good, but today I felt sattered. A sort nap before a turbo session turned into a two our deep sleep and no turbo...
Yep I was running ratty - not too worry though my mum and dad were there with jelly babies and first aid

2 hours yesterday on the bike in the wind - again. Looks like it was the right decision given it's absolutely hammering down today, rollers later then - got minutes to make up!
