Get a couple of glasses of water down you and you'll be fine.

I know its not weigh in day but I have a confession. A month of holidays, festivals and general unrestrained hedonism has led to a 10lbs weight gain. Also I've only run about 25 miles. So back on the healthy wagon today. 12lbs to loose before October.

Another pound for me this time round. Well pleased with that. Stomach fat has gone down (can tell by my clothes) so must be making some gains in muscle. Not surprising considering the workouts, along with the amount of protein and calories I've been getting down my neck recently.

    Well done eavesy

I too am feeling pleased. I have been on the last hole on my belt for the last few weeks (having been on the 2nd to last for a long time). This morning the last hole doesn't feel quite enough. Might even need to invest in a new belt at this rate!

OHW, you are losing weight aren't you? Why not just drill a new hole? You only need to buy a new belt if new-found plumpness is your thing and you've reached the end (of your belt). I could have saved you a bit of money there.

I've not weighed myself in a few months so no idea where I am. When was the latest weigh-in day?

It'll be new jeans for me in the not to distant future. Which on one hand is very nice, but as the jeans I wear are around the £100 mark it's also quite depressing. What makes it even more depressing is I wear them the "proper" way i.e everyday and don't wash them for at least 6 months at a time, longer if I can get away with it. That way they get a nice finish. My current well worn pair are starting to look good after months of having blue dye all over me. I'll be sad to see em go. And it's 3 pairs that'll be going!!!! Thats a lot of time, effort and blue legs to go through again.
