I've not been very well for a long while so have only just started posting again in the last few weeks after 18 months approx layoff. I would like to know if it is just my name you need at this time or any monies. Do you have the schedule yet for the running and eating and dancing etc. It would be good to meet you all as i need to be getting out and socialising again not really got out much as the Bipolar knocked me for six. Anyhow less of my feeling sorry for myself let's party.

NL all you need to know is that you will be made very welcome, we tend not to be that organised meet run/walk agree to meet in pub at 7 then off to Indian then it sort of becomes a blur.

Dont worry kkI can vouch for mr amex. A top bloke who recently had us all worried, very worried. You wont find a more person centred man on this forum. Proud to say ive drank with the man. There arnt many who offer the hand of friendship like he does. Even though we are at different ends of the spectrum with regards to running i can state that id throw away all my achievments in fellrunning just to have him fit, well and able to run the fells again after his injury. I'll add myself to ditherers list. I've got my driving instructors part three test (the hard one) on December 12th (having postponed it twice)... If I pass that then I'll definitely be there!
