    Believe me, I am always thinking when I'm out riding or walking (only exceptions to that is the really hard sessions), so I probably would have just had that random thought halfway up a mountain side or something!!!

    ...so, if I've got the basics of this nvl thing (non-verbal language?), one should never ask a dinner guest how the food is when they're actually eating it.

    If you do, they immediately cover their mouth (...to avoid spraying other dinners with contents... ) and say something like..."mmm...lovely ".

    Now, are they lying (hand to mouth would suggest so...) or just being driven by a higher etiquette?
    ...there's a hill nearby missing its fool...
