    Drove through Kettlewell tonight...lots of standing water on the roads!

    everything is looking good at kettlewell today.
    even the sun came out.
    marques up(there big)tables and chaird in.
    toilets delivered(loads)finish/start area flagged.
    marked out leg1,its a reet good climb and fast descent,
    then marked out leg 2,
    at the summit of whernside you run along the top for about 200 meters then descend,
    this was done to avoid crashing into climbing runners.
    its a brilliant bit of running and brings you back out at the sheep pens at hag dyke.
    then the fast descent into the finish with a little sting before your done.
    the ground is drying out very quick,
    mark out leg 2 tomorrow and set the kites for leg 3.

    we have a special parking area for mini buses in the marshals car park,for free.
    by the way there will be a lot of kit checks,you have been warned.

    Excellent news. I'm going for some better kegs tommorrow, technically mistlites are only windproof.

    Maybe along the valley to The Buck Inn for a pint and back again. Sure you and Daleside could find that OK.

    Up the Bofra route then over to Hawkswick and back down the Bofra route.:wink:
