Blast...clashes with three peaks (and the Printfest in cumbria but that probably doesn't matter to many people on here!) However, seeing as I haven't run further than 27m at present, and that was some time ago, I probably don't need to worry about it just yet!

Does it definitely clash with the 3 Peaks? I know that it is normally on the last Saturday in April but the 3 Peaks site while giving an entry date isn't currently showing the race date. Perhaps they'll make it the week before.

Any chance of the tail-enders on the Fellsman clashing head on with the 3 Peaks leaders at the top of Whernside?
Maybe one of the fast runners is planning on getting to both starts and finishes & all the CPs...

I'm leaning heavily towards the fellsman but it will depend if I get accepted for Printfest.
I can see it being a bit hectic between Whernside & Ingleborough on Saturday!!!
since my inaugural Fellsman last year I have been really looking forward to my next attempt, especially with the added bonus of it being the 50th year. My crossing of fingers has only slightly paid off as the date doesn't clash directly with the London Marathon (hush roads...) for which I have been (un)fortunate enough to secure a place. Is it folly to attempt the Fellsman only 6 days later or if following a 3 week taper to the LM does it sound feasible?
