After my aborted attempt this year I'll probably be having a bash in 2012... thinking late April/early May at the moment. Definitely up for recces. I'm based up in Kendal and will be getting out for a big day's run every week, often mid-week due to work. Also happy to support attempts. Will be out this Thursday for a recce of the Tour de Helvellyn loop from Patterdale, but could be persuaded to include a chunk of the ridge.
