    Yes. We are going to hammer ourselves into a coma on the mountain bikes the day before and then run run as best we can the next day. The following curry and beer will obviously take effect and one of 2 things will happen a. dancing that looks like dry land drowning or b. trying to pick up young women which will also look like dry land drowning. Illness will be the inevitable result, our partners will stop talking to us and we will have had an excellent XOTF - result.
