    Moel Eilio,Foel Gron,Foel Goch and Snowdon 14 miles 4600 ft and with yesterdays Lakes run takes it to 11000ft and 30 miles not bad i think

    Went for a run with Helm Hill last night... a pretty intense hill session. Totally did me in. All my training at the moment is slow and long, so it was a bit of a shock to the system!
