    I'm in at the moment, but whether I make it or not depends on how my recovery from Ennerdale goes.

    Am a definitely maybe. Slightly concerned re having enough miles in the legs (what sort of training people up to?). Am thinking it will take about 6 hours, is that near the mark?

    The last runners on race day finish in about six hours so if your taking it easy trying to find the best route it will take a bit longer

    I ran the Duddon valley in 4:18 but took 6:30 on a recce to give you an idea

    my physio has told me that i MAY be ok to run by then. suggested i start earlier and walk the first bit til you guys catch me up. Anyone else up for this ? Then I will try and run some. Very unsure about unjury yet...hopeful though!
