Looks a mess Andy, get well soon:wink:
Hills and Guinness!
Crikey Andy you are in the wars, Might take a look later as I've just eaten! hope you recover quickly.
Unfortunately the finger wasn't easy to get back. I had a good laugh on the entonox after the first (one doctor) attempt, then I had a local anaesthetic before two doctors pulled in opposite directions and finally got it back in place after several more tries. By then it was a couple of hours after the accident. I've just found my gloves in my bumbag - must have taken them off myself straight after it happened in order to use my phone, but I don't remember it.
I don't recall anything being said about the position of my patella, other than it is a bit deformed.... but always has been. There were however, plenty of words like tendons, ligaments, joint capsule and a lot of debridement (look it up)
Thanks for everyone's kind words.
I'll give the pics a miss too but get well soon Andy.
Tao begets one. One begets two. Two begets all things.
