Broken Hope vision 2

My Hope vision 2 packed in yesterday after about 20months. Cannot honestly remember where i bought it from. Dont think its battery which is charging so it might be a connection, it flickered briefly and went off, battery was full. Anyone had experience of failing torches, any top tips for checking and repairing common issues or if not who I might approach to fix it - or once they are bost is that it?

I recently returned a (3 year old) Hope Vision 2 to the Hope Factory at Barnoldswick with an intermittent fault! 3 days later it was sent back to me with new cables fitted to both light & battery pack. All work completed FOC! Bingo!!
All I had to do was print out a returns form from their web site & include it within the parcel stating what appeared to be wrong.

Hope will fix it for free and return it in a time machine so you will have it back and fixed before you send it off.
Maybe not, but there warranty is very very good. They will sort it out.

Not quite but as good as, water in battery apparently. new battery and cables fitted and given back free next day.

Excellent service, I was looking forward to using it as a bike light on my fixie but someone has just nickedd my time trial bike, fixie and 2 mountain bikes out of the garage - Bastards.

Least still got my cross bikes but annoyed about the fixie and the tt bike.
