Noo.. legs will have gone... I'll stick to the critic... that suggests a level of intelligence... but in North Wales it seems being on a committee post running career is a natural career path so maybe I'll step that way...

Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.
To get some of the adrenaline I get from my 2 main sports, rockclimbing and running, I reckon paragliding would be a good bet.

Don't give up!! I know a couple of runners who gave up but after a few months of circuit training, cycling and swimming, got bored and had another go and the cross training had helped them run again!
I would have a long break, keep fit and build up strength in the legs and core and have another go. Only stop when you have to I say.
LIFE...........for a limited period only!
