Cold breasts

Your post made me laugh a lot and think perhaps I should get one of those bras as I am not very well-endowed either and I have raynauds and so could do with some hand warmers!

Hi cyclops - this solution depends on how well-off you are in the breast dept. I'm built like a lamppost and therefore wear those super-enhancing Wonder-where-they've-gone bra's with not so much a chicken fillet insert as the whole damn bird.. One rather lovely upshot of this gel insert is that I now have terrifically warm breasts and have on occaision whipped out the insert and used them as impromtu hand-warmers. They seem to store heat fabulously and whereas I've suffered in the past with cold boobies, nowadays I get to look hot and feel warm too!!#
Just a thought. Obviously if you're built like a normal woman then you'd probably not be wearing this kind of brassiere on your runs...

Well, if we're having THAT kind of conversation, I'm reminded of an anecdote in David Niven's autobiography where he went skiing in, I think, Scandinavia and to his horror found that his penis had shrunk to a tiny blue acorn. He was also surprised by the form of resuscitation applied by his more knowledgeable companions - not mouth to mouth but .....

Can I say that my hands are nearly always warm, so in the absence of any wonder bras I would be quite happy to offer my service to any suffering lady.....

thanks daisy, the chances of me running with that type of bra are just not an option - it has to be a sports bra.

Buffalo used to do a pertex/pile codpiece, it was far too warm....

cyclops - Whilst I risk a whole new string of euphenisms and analogies being started .... I get my sports bra's at Bravissimo. They do brilliant scaffolding, fitted perfectly, you could house a small family i them but there's no bounce, they're warm and wick the sweat very well. So, size depending as I think they start at a D cup, you might like a look!
