Me...30 minutes on treadmill in work gym this aft, followed by chilling with a parallel universe of u-tubing and foruming, washed down by a wee dram or so of Talisker. Away to Suffolk all day tomorrow (back for Bofra Kettlewell on Sunday tho!)...so probably not too long online tonight. Still...it is Friday after all...
