Likewise mate, keeps me sane. Good work!

(Then again, I only live three miles from my office ...)

hehe! Yep, I've found myself thinking the last few weeks on Tuesday evenings, do I go out with the (all male) Twickenham chaingang in the cold, dark and wet, or sit in the spin studio, mmm ...?

I'm lucky to have a really nice routine here though - for a Londoner anyway: run to work most mornings, then two / three nights a week run straight from there to spin, and then run home from spin (each of those runs being three miles, so nine miles in total). Just need to be organised with all the kit.

That alll works out at two or three hours' hard exercise on three - maybe two if I'm lazy - days of the week, and an hour or two on the remaining days. And no bus fares.

    Is it 'hot' in there?

    I am purposefully staying away...

Still no cycling due to bad back, but it seems to be a bit better after a very gentle and careful half hour potter on Saturday, so onwards and upwards!

Really missing the cross though, it is so addictive! And gutted to have missed out on the Welsh champs and now also on the chance to win the Welsh league

Ah well, there is 2012 to look forward to, with a new race team joined and all that

I was supposed to be work on Saturday but during quiet moments I completely stripped my 631 road bike. I don't entirely know why... it seemed like a good idea at the time! I'm debating whether to move everything off my alu roadie onto it and get some carbon forks. Problem is 1" carbon forks aren't that easy to come by anymore.

Dom, try typing in kinetic one. They sorted me out.If you get some off them though. Make sure you sort the headset etc out. They will prob have some in stock. They have a workshop service which can fit them. He did mine whilst i wandered around the town.
