Buckden pike FR yesterday and a damp 85 miles on the bike this morning round Bentham, Caton, Quernmore, Scorton, Longridge and back to Accy. Not a bad weekend, hope to squeeze in one more run before I go away.

    Well done Graeme!
I too have had a hobble out today..........all the spin cycling whilst injured seems to have turned my legs to lead!
Managed about an hour over our lovely Cannock Chase.......good company and a brew at the cafe afterwards: heaven.

Thanks, well done to you too.

I feel I have to start trying again, I'm not happy about it but hey, it's that or walk the dog

nothing today - well unless you count scraping up the glued down carpet underlay off my living room floor, as that was quite a work out still a bit achey from yesterdays long run
