Anyway I have had a long productive day today, I have been for a long run and done some painting still not finished the painting though I have given up

done the ikea run with AJ and my lad

spare room is now being turned into a sofa games room for him and his mates
bah more expense
were are my bikes going to live now
one hill we just bought 2x tins of paint £16,99 EACH
