A hedgehog scuttling up my drive with the cat in hot pursuit (till it realised what it was chasing!)

Local Noxy-Foxy on the heather-bank 100m across the cutting oppsite the house (through the window as the snow started this afternoon).
Haven't seen him for a while, he was clearly getting ready to bivvy-in overnight. Have just about forgiven him for raiding the chicken coop.

2 foxes and a tawny owl last night, oh and some sort of field mouse. Not bad for 5 mins walk from my house, wildlife spotting in snow is fun.

Lots of Hares and Leverets on the hills today! No snow here but they all had white coats on. Didn't see any boxing and they wouldn't wait for me to get the camera out!!

Ohh lovely, I would love to see proper white hares. Was watching brown ones today in Masham. Looking forward to hopefully catching some boxing.

The boxing is fun to watch. I always thought it was males sparring, a couple of years ago i was put right. It's the females fighting the males off!!!
