No problem. It's a lovely climb up. There's a couple of bothy-like buildings at White Wham Beck for shelter or a wild camp too !

Very slow & icy 9.3 miles up Simons Seat this morning. As usual, only saw people on the descent. Magic.

Really struggling for time last couple of days so managed to squeeze a quick 5 miles round Penrith. Better something than nothing.

9km with the dog again this morning, then 3000+ ft on Frodsham Hill this afternoon. Funny how the middle reps of hill training are easier than the early ones. The later ones are always the worst though. Test drove my new Inov-8 272s this morning & I'm impressed. The first shoes I've had I can put a full-length orthotic in & expect to hang on to my big toenail. Mind you, the proof of that particular pudding will be the Edale Skyline, as that's where I lost my toenail last year...

Hill session with club last night on Faith, Hope & Charity (the three slopes besides Bettys Cafe in Harrogate). Felt hard .... about 6 miles in total, knackered this morning.

Steve that's keen. Same again today?! Had 2 hours over the hills from Whinlatter Forest today with Lost in the Clouds. Me knackered, him had a nice easy trundle. As long as he doesn't go out again later for a 'proper run', then I'll be proper insulted!
