Just back in from an 8 miler - home to Hardberry Trig, Red Grooves and back again. Thick low cloud and a strong gale - visibility with the head torch down to 3 feet most of the way. Reet refreshing tho. Saw...nuffin!

Couple of hours at the climbing wall followed by 6 miles over Scout scar. Good training as legs tired from climbing!

Very wet underfoot and windy overhead today for trot up Scandale and over Red Screes. No heatwave here either, Steve, but it wasn't actually raining.

Phew!! 11 miles flatish, on the roads, from home, Solway coast...east of Carlisle. First time out for a fortnight!!

30 mins of hill sprints , legs like fag ash now.

Ian I read somewhere that they had recovered the top in Bradwell I believe dumped at the side of the road , is that correct ?

4.5 miles round part of the Hathersage Hilly tri route. Bloody steep hill part way & still very slippey mud in the wood, so hard going. All good stuff though
