Good grief, trolls are getting younger and younger! I'd PMSL if I didn't have a catheter in the way!

I've have had 3 pairs of 333's/330's only 1 pair i've had to send back as after 1 month the stiching by the toe started to come apart,Blands sent them back to Inov8 and they changed them no problem.

So you've had a 33% failure rate and you think that's acceptable? I can't believe how tolerant so many of you seem to be about Inov-8s falling apart. I bought my first pair of Walshes in 1980 and I estimate that I've had at least 40 pairs since then without having to complain about a single pair.

I'd love to contribute more to this thread but it's time for my Bed Bath, the nurse has just turned up in high heel walshes, fishnet Ron Hill's and a sexy Hope Headtorch, hope she has full waterproof body cover:w00t:

This forum seems to be full of angry old men, with beards no doubt, who presumably go to bed wearing a pair of Walsh pbs round there neck, who take great pride in mocking Inov8, a British company who seem to be doing quite well.

Steady on old chap. Some of us angry old men with beards (4 days' stubble in fact) think Inov-8 are the cat's pyjamas. I've got 6 pairs. Mind you only 2 pairs are fit for racing in, & 1 pair is reserved for runs where I'm never more than quarter of a mile from the car as they're at disintegration point.

Shouldn't that be their neck. You'll have that 15 year old thinking he deserves his ten A stars!
Anyway, I was an angry old man when I was 25.
Never had a beard though... just never fancied one...etc

British company?? Hmmm... They might be designed in Britain, with a bit of marketing whizz bang being done by h***y off this here forum, but that's about where the Britishness stops. Traditional Walshes - not the new fangled trail shoes are true British shoes. As are some of the New Balance shoes, both of which still manufacture shoes in Britain. I'd be interested to hear where Runing Bear are getting their new fell shoe made?
