From a very foggy Hayfield up Ollersett Moor, down to Peep O Day and up South Head and Moutn Famine now in glorious sunshine. Down to the valley and up to Kinder Low via Edale Cross .Back down to the reservoir, intended to go up Kinder again by Sandy Heys but the mist had closed right in so back to Hayfield via the shooting cabin and Snake Path

About 15 miles and 3500 ft ish.

Very nice 12.5m from Penzance to Lamorna and back along the cliff path. Good practice for running the Pembrokeshire Coast path in May.

About 8.5 miles and 3500ft out in the Howgills this afternoon, a bit misty but none the worse for that. My first encounter with the Big Dipper -a few times up and down that and Yewbarrow will seem but a small hillock!

ha ha. Seeing as I've swum in Lake Titicaca, a burn on Aran in January and a glacial lake in Chile, water temperature isn't an issue. Its the outside weather that can make or break things. Today it was cold & windy and there were far too many people about for me to strip off and have a dip without scaring the natives. There will be plenty of time for that in Pembrokeshire.

I'm off for a long, hilly one. Looks like a beautiful day out there.

not so sure, A bit of clag for me and a cold wind.

17 miles and 2,100 ft ran all the way except on one descent when I bumped into Captain H and Mr Berry and stopped for a brief chat. very happy with the return climb 1000ft with out walking... things are looking good for the skyline.

53 miles 9,200ft total over last 5 days.

I managed to walk up two flights of stairs today at work. First time I've achieved that this week...
