Can I just count men (and women) over 55 in working out my score from yesterday, giving me 88pts? Yippee!
P.S. It's OK with me for you to count just the Ladies. I actually managed 59pts yesterday, pretty poor for me, but maybe not so bad given the quality of the competition in the top 50. Doesn't beat my score from last week (Wolf's Pit) even though it felt like a better run. Incidentally, Wolf's Pit was also won by Simon Bailey.

Its not all about winning points you know. If I were a woman I'd be consistently coming in the top two, three or four so, from now on, I'm comparing myself with the women's winning time

"Uh-oh" I've stumbled my way into a dispute, I hate when I do that!
I just assumed this is how to count it because of the totally separate races. I'd finished before they set off. It simply hadn't occurred to me to compile the results and compare against the winner from the other race but I do see the dilemma. However, they wouldn't have let me enter the other race - I entered the only race I could and I compared against the winner of all the runners in that race. It seemed clear to me at the time, but now I don't know. Anyway I wasn't trying to cheat, just absent-mindedly blundering into controversy!!! 'The One That Updates The Table' can decide.
I vote for Eleanor to have the points. Separate races so fair enough. Make the most of it! Well done.
