Good match and the last goal was a bit special: Nasri plays a 1-2 from a long way off gets into the area while Tevez is holding the ball up then back heels to Nasri who scores

We will take a huge boost from that result. When we play Fulham on Monday night we will be 2pts above the rags and the pressure will be on them again.

Yeah you will, but you were awful in the first half.. don''t think Chelsea can have any complaints, City were better. Both the Chelsea goal (Ruiz knocked Barry) and the handball for the penalty could have gone either way so I think they balanced themselves out..

Dajong and Barry together just isn't needed though, you had no width, speed or creativity..

So Iain do you think we'll win our crunch match at home to Spurs to clinch 4th place?

No team has had as many points as Man City in every previous season by this time and not won the league... Then again..

Great year. City have the stronger squad, United the easier run in.

Huge win by City. I reckon its 50-50 now. Fergie is gold dust.. No other manager in football could have us in the hunt now.. even without taking out our captain..

Definitely. For a neutral it's all good stuff. I'd like to see City do it just to mix things up a bit and they have played some cracking football this season, but I'd rather Tevez wasn't anywhere near the title.

Happy with that draw. To go to Stoke without your best two centre backs and striker is nothing to be ashamed of. We've still got United to play at home so the league is in our hands.

8 points clear of fifth spot now with Spurs a few points behind. Top day for the Gunners!
