Hey, good point! Well, I managed to transform the disaster of misjudging how long it would take me to cycle to the Baildon Boundary Run, and would have had no time to sort out safety pins, change of shoes, usually faffing, and it was looking too tight, as I approached Shipley on the towpath. So I decided to carry on along the towpath to Skipton and run from there to Ilkley etc... And as I was fed up at missing Baildon, it was sweet as the bike ride and then the run across the Parson's Allotment (or something like that) to Ilkley was heaven and more than made up for missing Baildon. I haven't really run for 3 weeks so it was grand. I left my pannier in a shop which shut at 4.30 pm so had to hop on a bus - would preferred to have run back... Bus driver stopped as I ran in front of his bus and accepted a tenner - very impressed! What a great dayOriginally Posted by wheezing donkey
