I fully agree with this. I have lost as much as 3.4 kg during a 21 mile training run (despite re-hydration) on a warm day. Best to measure on a certain day of the week as well so ties in with training runs etc. Best done in underwear only so that there is minimal variation in measurement week to week. Otherwise, it is meaningless.

Sorry missed last weigh in. Lost all motivation at the minute. Works been crazy busy, kids teething and I've got a bout of man flu. Lost all motivation for the gym and for eating well. Not weighed myself as I've definitely gained, and no doubt will be annoyed by how much. as it will be all fat. Not even made it to the gym for the past 2 weeks so will have incurred strength losses too so even more annoyed. Think it's time the heavy weights went on the back burner and the running increased again or I'm just going to be a fat unfit mess!!!!!

I've missed a weigh in or two as well. My other half has been ill so we didn't go to our weight loss thingy to get weighed last week, and the diet went a bit by the wayside as did the running due to a fall and pulled muscle. I'm back on the wagon now though, short runs and eating properly again and I'll make arrangemnts to get weighed sometime soon.
On the plus side, I bought a bit more running gear and I've gone down a dress size, so to speak! Medium featherlite pants and a medium vest - if I'd gone buying mail order, I'd have gone for large or XL!

Well got on the scales this morning and to my surprise I came in at 77.1 so no change. Though I'm pretty sure this will have gone up by the 25th. Anyway I have a plan and i'm going to get back on it. New target weight of 70kg please as the bulking has come to an end as I'm bored of it!

    Time to run more!

Thanks for making the changes Pat, but they seem a bit wrong. You've still got me at a target of 80kg and a remaining of 70kg. I might be a bit tubby but i'm not a 150kg! 70kg target please. Sorry to be a pain, hopefully this will be the last change I'll make to my target weight.
