    Yep well done all.

Trunce tonight may be a bit slippier than race 1, a bit more water at the crossings, but anice day so far for it.

Thought that :-/. I went to get new fell racing shoes yesterday as not happy with aggressive sole on mine but it was shut!! Look out for bambi on ice tonight. Hope Accelerate is open late on Thursday :-) see you later, really looking forward to the swim mud on butt and swim :-)

Yep, the rivers seemed fairly deep but otherwise I thought the course was in fairly good shape. I wasn't though, managed to post my slowest Trunce time in over 2 years today! Sort of to be expected after 3 weeks out, but I didn't exactly help myself by trying to start far too quickly. Good fun as usual though.

    Results are on the website.
went in to this race thinking I'd eaten too many easter eggs and cakes over last two weeks, rivers were up and I'd been out for 10 hours on Saturday so thought it would be hard to get near my PB...
Best result of the year so far 12th out of 204 and 2nd vet, took my season PB down to 27.21 stunned is the word......Whoop!

Well done IDP that's a great time!! I took over a min off the time I did on race 1 but you were prob home and in the bath by the time I got over the finish line. Didn't go well at the start as we got stuck in traffic and I literally jumped out the car and straight to the start line so no warm up. Luckily they let me register after the race :-). think I'm going to try your diet ;-).
Didn't think the course was too bad as I wasn't slipping everywhere. Love the support on this race :-) great organisation.
