Ah! I get it now, the best sell out I remember showed up in the early 80s. I went to see the 'Angelic Upstarts' at the quayside in Newcastle in 1978, needless to say there was trouble. As well as bringing a severed pigs head on stage (with a coppers helmet on), they had an entourage of skinheads wearing wet suits covered in swastikas chucking full cans of lager at people. BEST of all they had tatoos............. 'Adam Ant'. Some years later watching TOTP, all the teeny boppers bouncing about to Prince Charming, I couldn't help but chuckle
