Hey Zeph - it's a good job that stile was really dry and not muddy because someone could have gone seriously a over t if it had been muddy and greasy and they were trying to jump over it with some fancy vaulting technique...
Vaulting technique? That wasn't vaulting technique, I was showing you how to recover from a really bad attempt at going over a stile. Just for future reference y'understand.
Twas an excellent roll'an'recovery if I do say so myself.

Not a everybody was having as much fun as the runners!
the marshalls did a brilliant job and I think all they had a great time, this lovely one was very cheery and encouraging as I passed.
