Hi Iain recovery seems ok a little puffiness and bruising on the feet but managed 6 very easy miles on a small hill local to me with my collie, and everything still seems to be working Ok, biggest pboblem seems to be satisfying my hunger.
All the best
Canal was surprisingly dry tonight!Did a good session.
(I mean the towpath of course!)
15 min warm up
3k race 8.36
20 min cool down
You ran well Bone considering you raced a hard 5k on Sunday. They gave you 8.26 on the official results!!!! (I clocked you at 8.36)
God 65 minutes for me with a run up the front of th trig. (For those who did the Tour of Tameside, up the front of the trig means running up that very steep route you fly down on the fell race leg.)
Fantastic 45 mins in the wind and sunshine. All is right with the world after the last couple of (nearly flooded) days...
Nothing today,
Im having a relatively easy week this week. I done four hard weeks with a good few races. Ive noticed a sliding scale of results as the weeks went by
So time for an easy week thinks, see if things improve next week.
Probably tired my wee bones a tad
