    could I fit this in between visits to the toilet if *that* problem hasn't rectified itself?
    If not and I'm sitting atop South Head, hope the wind is blowing north, for the runners' sakes!

    I've never done this before but I'm thinking about it, or I was until I saw it might involve sick? Is it really that bad?

    It's probably the best short race in the Peak district. Steep climbs, steeper descents and a long, rough and very fast run in to the finish. In my opinion it should be an English Champs race every year!! Do it your legs will hurt, but you won't regret it!

    Indeed, its a great little route. Had a jog round it last week.

    The views out over Kinder are spectacular from the top of South Head. if you're not being sick that is.

    Its my favourite short local race ,with an unforgetable start ,you should Definately give it a go sarah b !

    I've looked at the start and the route, I think I've run the ridge before - but ive decided to be brave and I'll just have to risk coming last and being covered in sick.....
