Good to see the old Man City players there for the presentation (for those of us old enough to remember them playing ) Tony Book always had a good head of hair

Awesome finish!!! Unbelieveable!! I for one had given up on City!! There might be questions asked (...not by me!!) about the way QPR 'caved in' after they knew they'd stay up!! Their bench were busy celebrating when Citys third went in!! :w00t:

I guess Danburt will be stareing into space some where with a pint of Robinson's Mild in his hand!!

And a tear in his eye no doubt! A great day for City and not a bad one for Gooners too!

Fergie congratulated Manchester City after 20 seconds of his interview.
After saying, and I quote: "They had to do it against 10 men for half an hour and they got 5 minutes of injury time to help them."
    Thanks Sir Alex!

Come on you reds, put the blue shithouses under so much pressure by scoring first.

The blues inside the ground will start getting agitated, and it'll get to the players on the pitch and they'll balls it up

Hopefully Joey Barton will score and Hughes will do a Mourinho at OT for Porto type run, and the whole ground will explode in utter rage at losing the league
    :sneaky:
So how did that work out for you????

I think 3rd/4th/5th will stay as it is with both Spurs and Arsenal winning and Newcastle drawing.
Just shows that predictions never work out how you think it will go.

It was always on even when MU's full time came up, I'd been sat next to two UTD fans all afternoon in the pub and I asked them wether they thought Fergie would man up and be magnanimous in victory, admitting they were lucky to win the title, no they said he'd rub their noses in it...

well that didn't work out, a brilliant finish,(the best ever?) to the premiorship. and how apt that the final goal was scored in Fergietime.

and Joey....obviously been the John Terry school of football, Doubt he'll play again before next Christmas...

And a final note for Danbert.... you can now move in to the modern era and get rid of that old clock...you know the one that goes Tick Tock

Well done City, the best team won in the end, even if you did keep us all on the edge of our seats until the very end.....

Just walked to the shops and Didsbury is rammed with City fans chanting "Who the f*ck are Man United?" I can hear it from my house off School Lane!

Car horns are going off left right and centre - proper party atmosphere!!!

Sounds like you need to move beyond the yuppy suburbs to the peak district. Only sounds of cows, sheep and lambs here going 'Moooo', 'Baaaa' (abit like all those 'fans' really then?)

Congratulations Danbert, Swoop et al - Great teams score when they have to score eg in World cup tournaments, major cup finals becuase they've got the best players who can step up a gear when needed & thats what City did today. Enjoy the night / week.
