Have a great adventure!!! Would have been up for a support role but Girl Wonder and I are off to Ireland on Sunday for two weeks - planning to walk the Beara Way, camping as we go, for a week or so, and then just see what happens. Will look forward to hearing about it in due course.

Sounds like a good excuse for some dark ale!!

Weather scorchio, bit of breeze at home today and some high cloud. Fingers crossed it's same (or better) up further north, certainly good visibility.

Just got back from running the northern section of the Rhinogs (the Roman Steps to Trawsfynydd) with Carwyn and supporters Neil and Andrew. Stunning scenery and great running conditions, the day starting to warm up. Carwyn is going really well, as Yiannis said half an hour up by the end of the section, I struggled to keep up!. Brilliant support team, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you all. Keep that hat cool Caz, the very, very best of luck for the rest of the round!

On the Arenig section now and going well, over half an hour up and in good spirits. Quite hot but breezy. Yiannis
