You probably can't remember after coming off Rhobel Fawr, when you were carrying a bloody sausage for miles. Heaven knows how long you had been clasping it like a relay baton, and I was worrying that it would have gone off in the heat by the time you ate it. I managed to give you some juice in that hand, grab the sausage and throw it away .

We done Caz, supreme effort, knew you would make up the lost time once we reached the Aran ridge. Didn,t clock your time at the last pit stop was it 40 or 45 seconds! (that Wynn is heartless).
