That sounds fairly epic! Although the idea of a minimalist speed record attempt on Everest gives you pause when people have died on their so recently. The other mountains on the list are no cakewalk either.

I'm not clear that Salomon will be heavily involved.

I think a main sponsor is still required and maybe Salomon feels they are committed enough with their exisiting sponsorship of Kilian, Trail Running and other activities.

It'll be interesting to see who might out their hand in their pocket.

Very true.. Everest will be tricky as there are now queues.. A recent solo no O2 attempt was abandoned because of crowds so it was claimed.. I thought there have been some speed attempts on everest but thoug some were shrouded in controversy.. Claims of drugs or doubts.. May have been another peak though..
