Just back from Horton, I'boro, R'head, W'side, Hill Inn, I'boro, Horton.

That wouldn't make a bad route for a race. :closed:

First time I've run this having thought about it for a few years - references to road stretches have always put me off. However it's a great fell race and definitely needed studs today. Yes it is quite a run back along a track and then road but it is a beautiful back lane and there were no cars. The high limestone country that was the majority of the race more than made up for it.

Cakes were good as well and a great jazz singer for entertainment.
