Just to keep up with Mill............

Monday: Gledhow 'W' 22 mins and 14 seconds; alone
    Tuesday: Gledhow W 22:22; alone
    Wednesday: 10.3m (800ft ascent); alone

I sacked my coach on sunday - lack of results; so I'm going back to the old 'do what you like' regime.

Yesterday run for 50min on the road in Alty, start at 5pm.
I hate the traffic, this morning got up at 5am and out for a traffic-free run at 5:30. Best to start the day.

Nest Thursday Achille op. If it takes 6-week before I can start jogging again and 10-month before I can do GOOD training I'll be happy.
    Wish me luck.

    Thanks !
I'd love to put it in my diary right now. In theory that could be ok. But setting dates now could tempt me to cut recovery time too short. Let's see how things go first...

6 'tough' miles off road through Alkrington Woods.

I'm now convinced that running into a headwind hurts you much more than a tailwind helps you.
