A respectable score at the Welsh 1000m Peaks for me - I'm quite proud (unless I've done the calculations wrong again...)
Me: 4:25 = 15894s
Winner: 3:28:57 = 12602s
Points = (1-((15894-12602)/(12602)))*100 = 74 points

Approximately the same score today on the Bradford Millennium Way relay (possibly a point or two higher) so might as well stick with my Wharfedale result for this month.
Not too bad a score on the Welsh 1000m race.
