Saints lad these stats from a friends Garmin shocked me.

The Black Knight Trail Race has 1237 feet of climbing in it and is near enough bang on 6 miles.

The Denis the Menace Trail Race has 940 feet of climbing in it and is 4.9 miles long.


I'm doing a lot more climbing than i ever imagined when i'm doing these local trail races.
