At latest count, my club (Serpentine) has 2346 members, of whom about 5 are fell runners (not sure if I count at the moment). Most of them are still quite active too.

Did you enjoy the speedway Daz? It's something I never usually watch, but it was great tonight.

i've been to manchester velodrome where you can hire the track for 1 hour the bikes there havent any brakes it is well crazy
you hammer it round for a few laps then automatically stop pedalling & nearly end up going over the handlebars

yeah club nights are normally very crowded but there are several different groups of varying standards etc etc

yes you must keep prdalling on a fixed track bike
