It was a bit cloudy on the tops first thing with the odd shower, but the wind will be the main issue. It has been blowing 20mph, gusting to 30+ all morning. I hope their pacers can act as a bit of a windbreak for them.Originally Posted by lantern rouge

HES, Hi Ben, sorry, no signal. Met them at Wasdale & they were looking strong & were 30mins ahead. Weather bad though so hope they aren't slowed down to much. am off to meet them at Dunmail. Just had a txt off Ambrosia Kid saying the same, he also said they met some folk going clockwise and moving well so good luck to them as well.
