How's the weather up there anyone?
It was a bit cloudy on the tops first thing with the odd shower, but the wind will be the main issue. It has been blowing 20mph, gusting to 30+ all morning. I hope their pacers can act as a bit of a windbreak for them.

    Fingers crossed for them both.

From the horses mouth, so to speak-
HES, Hi Ben, sorry, no signal. Met them at Wasdale & they were looking strong & were 30mins ahead. Weather bad though so hope they aren't slowed down to much. am off to meet them at Dunmail. Then run last leg in. if you get a chance to post on forum, that'd be great as my battery is on its way out! Thanks.

    PS Who's 'THEM'?
Not clear if Stolly is running alone, with someone else, or with a dog?
Clarification please, so's I know who to cheer (or yap) for.

Apparently Harry the Border Collie withdrew following a difference of opinion over route choice - he only runs round in clockwise circles....

Just had a txt off Ambrosia Kid saying the same, he also said they met some folk going clockwise and moving well so good luck to them as well.
Keep it going Gavin and Stolly.
